Ma Thèse en 180 secondes (MT180) édition 2023
Une invitation est lancée aux étudiant.es pour participer au concours Ma Thèse en 180 secondes (MT180) édition 2023.
Pour participer :
- Vous devez être inscrit à un programme de doctorat de recherche avec thèse (PhD) entre septembre 2022 et août 2023, ou avoir obtenu votre doctorat pendant cette année universitaire. (Veuillez noter que le concours en anglais a des conditions de participation légèrement différentes.)
- Vous devez être disponibles pour la finale nationale lors du congrès de l’ACFAS à Montréal, du 9 au 11 mai 2023
- Signalez votre intention avant vendredi le 3 mars en écrivant à aecete@inrs.ca et à Suzy.pelletier@inrs.ca
- Fournissez-nous une esquisse sommaire de votre diapo et/ou un court résumé de 100 à 150 mots.
La sélection du centre Eau Terre Environnement aura lieu jeudi le 9 mars, à 12h00, au local 2422. Deux finalistes ETE pour le concours en français y seront choisis par un jury.
La finale institutionnelle, où sera choisi le ou la représentant.e de l’INRS pour chacun des deux concours se tiendra le mardi 21 mars 2023 à 12h00. De l’argent est à la clé !

Les gagnant.es du centre se verront offrir la possibilité d’être coaché et entrainé AVANT la finale institutionnelle, par une équipe à être déterminée.

An invitation is extended to students to participate in the 3 Minute ThesisCompetition (3MT) 2023 edition.
To participate :
- You must be enrolled in an active research master's or doctoral program (with a thesisto submit) between September 2022 and August 2023, or have earned your PhD during that academic year. (Please note that the French competition is limited to PhD students).
- Notify us of your intention before Friday March 3rd by emailing aecete@inrs.ca and Suzy.pelletier@inrs.ca
- Provide us with a rough outline of your slide and/or a short abstract of 100 to 150 words
- The 3 Minute Thesis Competition for Northeastern North America, hosted by the Northeastern Association of Graduate Schools (NAGS), will be held virtually on April 28, 2023. The3Minute Thesis Competition for Eastern Canada, will be hosted by Dalhousie University (details to be published).
The selection of the Eau Terre Environnement Research Centre will take place on Thursday, March 9, at 12:00 pm, in room 2422. Two ETE finalists for the English competition will be chosen by a jury.
The institutional final, where the INRS representative for each of the two competitions will be chosen, will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 12:00 pm.
Note that the center's winners will be offered the opportunity to be coached and trained BEFORE the institutional final, by a team to be determined.
