Dîner multiculturel

Nous espérons que vous vous portez bien et que vous êtes prêt.e.s à participer à notre événement dîner multiculturel, qui se tiendra le 22 juin durant la pause du dîner entre 12h et 14h. C'est une occasion passionnante de célébrer la diversité culturelle présente parmi nous à l’INRS !
L'événement sera organisé sous la forme de stands, où chaque groupe d'étudiant.e.s (et employé.e.s) représentant la même culture ou le même pays mettra en place une table et décidera ensemble les repas/plats à préparer ou à apporter. Nous vous encourageons donc à discuter avec vos camarades pour décider le délicieux repas que vous souhaiteriez partager avec la communauté de l’INRS.
Afin d'assurer une bonne organisation et de prévoir les quantités nécessaires, nous vous prions de bien vouloir confirmer votre participation en nous envoyant le repas/plat que vous apporterez avant le 20 juin 17 h. De cette façon, nous pourrons vous confirmer le montant qui vous sera remboursé $$$$avant l'évènement et compilerons une liste de tous les repas prévus pour la journée. Cela nous aidera à mieux coordonner l'événement et à nous assurer qu'il y aura suffisamment de variété pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter.
En plus de partager des plats délicieux, nous vous invitons également à préparer une présentation de 5 minutes sur votre pays ou votre culture. Vous êtes libres de choisir le format qui vous convient le mieux, que ce soit une chanson, un poème ou toute autre forme d'expression artistique. C'est une occasion unique de partager vos traditions et votre héritage culturel avec vos camarades.
Nous serions ravis de voir les participant.e.s porter des vêtements représentatifs de leur pays ou de leur culture, mais cela reste une recommandation et n'est en aucun cas obligatoire. L'objectif principal de cet événement est de favoriser l'échange et la compréhension mutuelle entre les cultures, et nous voulons que tout le monde se sente à l'aise de participer à sa manière.

We hope this email finds you well and that you are excited to join us for our multicultural lunch event, which will take place on June, 22nd during the lunch break from 12pm till 2pm. It's an exciting opportunity to celebrate the cultural diversity among us at INRS!
The event will be organized in the form of stands, where each group of students (and employees) representing the same culture or country will set up a table and decide together on the dish to prepare or bring. We encourage you to reach out to your fellow students to decide on the delicious meal you would like to share with the INRS community.
In order to ensure smooth organization and plan accordingly, we kindly request you to confirm your participation by sending us the dish or meal you will be bringing before June 20th 5 pm. This way, we will be able to confirm the amount that AECETE will give you to cover expenses $$$$ and compile a list of all the planned meals for the day. This will help us better coordinate the event and ensure there is enough variety for everyone to enjoy.
In addition to sharing delicious food, we also invite you to prepare a 5-minute presentation about your country or culture. You are free to choose the format that suits you best, whether it's a song, a poem, or any other form of artistic expression. This is a unique opportunity to share your traditions and cultural heritage with your fellow co-workers.
We would be delighted to see participants wearing clothing representative of their country or culture, but please note that this is only a recommendation and is by no means mandatory. The main objective of this event is to foster exchange and mutual understanding between cultures, and we want everyone to feel comfortable participating in their own way.
