Sa conférence s'intitule In situ hydrogen peroxide H2O2 electrogeneration and its application in the degradation of organic compounds with potential activity as pollutants via Advanced Oxidative Processes AOP.

 

Résumé :

Advanced Oxidative Processes AOP for the treatment of aqueous wastewaters are processes in which there is in situ production of hydroxyl radicals •OH, highly reactive species, for the degradation of polluting organic compounds. This seminar will present some results of the development of electrochemical processes of hydrogen peroxide H2O2 synthesis in situ and its application in degradation processes of pollutant organic compounds pharmaceuticals, pesticides and others via AOP by the Group of Electrochemical and Environmental Processes GPEA. GPEA is a research group of the Institute of Chemistry of Sao Carlos IQSC of the University of Sao Paulo USP of Brazil that operates in the area of Environmental Electrochemistry, bringing together the areas of Electrochemistry, Environmental Chemistry and Materials.
