After four wonderful years living in the dynamic and historic Saint-Jean-Baptiste neighborhood, 5 minutes from 490 de la Couronne, it's time to hand over our comfortable and bright home to the next occupant. This home is ideal for professionals or a young family. This historic, almost two-hundred-year-old house, completely renovated, was once the home of the sheriff of Saint-Jean-Baptiste. The entrance through the porte-cochère on the ground floor is through the old stable and allows you to leave your shoes and coats out of sight. On the 2nd floor are an office and laundry room, 2 large bedrooms, and a bathroom with a glass shower and claw-foot bathtub, as well as a small balcony overlooking the interior courtyard. On the 3rd floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, a small balcony and a large terrace semi-sheltered from the rain, with an awning to protect you from the sun, ideal for BBQs with friends.
